Technologist and operator with founder experience at ShareMatch and Jersey Trust, and currently with ClearMarket Labs. Leads on technology architecture, platform delivery and engineering across the portfolio.

The Board operates with a flat structure to maintain operational pace. Day-to-day capital allocation, project delivery and shared services are managed by SyncOrg under written service agreement. Additional directors may be appointed as the portfolio scales.

Fully disclosed at the registered agent. UBOs Craig Inglis and Will Wilde. No nominee structures.

Source of Funds

Founder capital, shareholder subscriptions raised at the group level, and distributions received from portfolio companies.

Operator Arrangement

SyncOrg (Monaco SARL) engaged under written service agreement to manage capital allocation, project delivery and shared services.

Counterparty Diligence

Standard onboarding and KYC on portfolio companies, vendors and counterparties through the registered agent.

Record Keeping

Material intercompany flows documented under written subscription, loan, IP licence and service agreements, with annual statutory accounts.

Regulatory Status

Meridian Eleven is a holding company and does not undertake regulated financial services activity. Where portfolio businesses involve regulated activity, those entities are separately structured and authorised in their own jurisdictions. External legal and regulatory advice is obtained before market launch.
